Inland sealine campout – Qatar.

Inland Sea (Khawr al Udayd) is a sea inlet of the Persian Gulf that straddles the border between Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Qatar is an extension of the Arabian Peninsula’s Rub’al-Khali (Empty Quarter) desert, which reaches northward from Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. Massive sand dunes surround Khōr al-‘Udeid in the south of Qatar.

It’s one of the best attractions for people of Qatar and tourists.

EXPIRENCE:

Qatar deserts camping is ideal from November till March when the heat is not hitting you hard and cool breeze is making the sealine pleasant.

We traveled from SUV 4×4 car which is ideal for the dessert dunes. before staring, there are tire air stations to deflate the tires of the car.

We reached around 8 pm late evening and its was amazing weather with cool breeze next to the sea.

We had a barbeque night planned and it went really well. and kids played in the sand making sand castles.

We slept in the tent with blankets that we got from home as it was cold at the night. Sure, you wont the the home comfort but its an experience worth of a lifetime.

We woke up for the sunrise and it was mesmerizing. the beach and dessert looked amazing. Later morning we went to climbs the dunes and had some quite time.

Some people were also doing fishing and its one more thing to do over there. its a great experience.

We came back home tired and with lots of memories!
