Stir fry veggies and chicken with steam rice – (healthy recipe)

Air fried chicken with stir fry veggies and steam rice is a healthy and delicious recipe you can try at home with few ingredients 😁


INGREDIENTS:

  • Boneless chicken cubes
  • Oil – 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce 1 tsp
  • Vinegar – 1 tsp
  • Chilli garlic sauce (optional)
  • Pepper powder – 2 tsp
  • Frozen vegetables or cubed vegetables of your choice.
  • Steamed rice – 1 bowl

HOW TO MAKE IT:


Chicken:
In a bowl add red chilli powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, chilli garlic sauce (optional) , vinegar, soya sauce and a bit of oil.
Add chicken cubes and mix well.
Set the air fryer at 200° C for 10 to 12 minutes. And the chicken is ready!😍

Veggie stir fry:
You can use any vegetables available at home. Chop and use them or you can use frozen one like I used to save time.
Add bit of oil in pan, add veggies, salt, chilli flakes and pepper powder and let if cook for 3 to 5 mins. You wouldn’t want the veggies to overcook and loose it’s crunch.
